1. What makes your product unique?
Think of a Wall Tattoo as a 21st Century mural. We have expanded the usage of adhesive vinyl material to include art and graphic design. When cut into a stylized graphic design, the .3mm adhesive material resembles painted artwork. Our Wall Stickers are made from an ultra thin vinyl.This vinyl has a matte finish, and the result is a design on your surface that looks like it has been hand painted. Our products are stylish and classy, and are made from the highest quality materials to ensure longevity of life.
Additionally, our designs are created in-house and are based on customer requests and current trends. These designs are both highly creative and unique.
2. What do I need to consider before applying Wall Stickers?
Make sure your surface is dry, clean and free from dust or grease. Before applying Wall Stickers to an empty room, you should lay out all the designs first and decide where you want them to go. They work best on even surfaces; don’t try use them on uneven surfaces like wood chip or wood paneling. Wall Stickers also work on windows and floors.
Warning: fresh or freshly painted walls wallpapered at least 14 days can dry out before you install your wall tattoo.
3. What refer to the sizes indicated in the shop?
The sizes are you always on the longest side of a motif. In a wide wall quote, it is the width. For a long plant would be the height.
4. Are wall stickers images removable / repositionable?
Under normal conditions, Wall Stickers are removable from painted surfaces and certain wallpapers, if peeled back very slowly. For stubborn surfaces, gentle heat from a hair dryer can assist in removing images. Wall Stickers cannot be repositioned so we recommend that you lay them out first and check that you’re happy with the layout – for more information check out the How To Apply section.
5. How do I remove the wall sticker?
Easy way: Use your fingernails to pry away a corner of the decal & peel away slowly at a 45 degree angle. Easier yet: Take a blow dryer and a pair of tweezers to lift a corner of the decal while aiming the blow-dryer at the same area. The adhesive will release as it gets heated. Continue peeling at a 45 degree angle as you heat the vinyl.
6. Will the decal leave a residue, or cause any damage when removed?
The glue that holds the wall decal in place is strong, but not gooey, so there won’t be any remnants left on the surface after removal. But, because we don’t know the condition of all wall surfaces, we don’t guarantee that some paint flecking will not occur. It is possible, but not likely, that you may notice paint flecks on the back of the Wall Tattoos when removed. If so, some minor paint touch up may be required.
7. Is the Wall Stickers glossy or matte?
It is matt for a better visual feeling.
8. Is one pack enough to decorate a whole room?
It depends on the size of the room. Have a look at our room photography and decide for yourself. Some people want to have wall stickers on every wall; others prefer to make a feature out of one wall.
9. What materials will I need?
Just a pair of scissors to cut designs (if you wish to cut them out) and a small flat plastic ruler to smooth them down during the application.
10. How big is the product?
The size of the Wall Stickers will be listed in the product details. If you have a custom idea, ask us about recommended sizes.
11. What should I emphasis before placing an order?
A. Please read the detailed description of the goods in case of any misunderstanding toward it.
B. There will be discrepancy between the photos and actual goods. The actual color should refer to the actual goods, so is its specification. Quality problems do not cover the following issues: discrepancy of color and size between the photo and the real goods, disconnection of the paintings which does not affect it decorative function, differences between the expected effect and the actual one, etc.
C. Inspect the goods once you receive it. Any problems in quality and quantity, contact the seller in time. Please sign it in front of the deliverer after inspection of the packaging, quantity, and goods. Goods inspection is also necessary is you consign others to receive the goods. We will not be responsible for any problems discovered after you.
12. Besides a wall, where else can I install a Wall Tattoo?
SHEVONE Wall Tattoos adhere to almost any flat or smooth surface. Windows, mirrors, desktops, finished wood, metal, plastic, glass surfaces, to name a few. Please note that the more porous the surface, the easier the decal is to remove.
13. Can I put my decal in a bathroom?
Yes- Just make sure the surface where you install your SHEVONE Wall Tattoos is completely free of moisture before you apply it.
14. Can I put my decal on a car?
You can, but we recommend that you upgrade to a thicker automobile quality of vinyl to ensure that your SHEVONE Wall Tattoo withstands the conditions of the road. Contact us for an exact quote.
15. How long will they last?
If you take care of it, it will last for years. Shevone Wall Tattoos will last 3 to 5 years in an indoor room, and 2 to 3 years if placed outdoor, and as long as they remain untouched. The problem in stating these timelines is we don’t know what surface you are applying them to. There are many factors in how long they will last including quality if the original surface and humidity and temperatures in the area. Given that direct heat can release the adhesive and may cause the Wall Tattoos to peel up, we recommend that you try to keep your wall decal away from direct sunlight.
16. Are there surfaces for which my wall tattoo is NOT recommended?
Absolute NOs include: Surfaces such as : Plaster, Cement, Textured surfaces, Stucco, Cardboard, Paper (including wallpaper) & Fabric surfaces. Why? The decal will stick permanently to paper surfaces, but will not stick to fabric. As for stucco surfaces, the stucco will puncture the vinyl and show through. Textured surfaces will also show through the vinyl.
17. How much does SHEVONE charge for custom resizing?
We can re-size any of our designs for an additional fee. The fee depends on the desired re-size, so just drop us an e-mail at shevonedesign@gmail.com with details of what you want and we’ll get back to you asap.
18. How is my Wall Sticker delivered?
As with a conventional wall sticker will the tattoo be delivered on a carrier film.
It comes in a roll and safely packed mailed to you.
19. How long from order placement to delivery?
We guarantee (barring any natural disasters or delays beyond our control) that your product will be out our door within 5-10 business days. The length of time it takes to get your wall decal from our door to yours depends on which shipping method and the difficulties of the order. (Please be aware that if you live overseas and choose shipping by surface mail it make take up to 3 - 7 weeks for your purchase to arrive. )
20. Do you make special wall stickers on requests?
Yes, for sure. Whether a combination of two motives from the shop, marking of shop windows, signs or vehicles, shops or decorations for your shop - we like to do wall stickers depending to your individual wishes. We Please give us your wishes as detailed as possible by e-mail. We are happy to offer you our price.
21. Can I use my favorite photo as a wall tattoo?
No problem. Send us your photo as an image by e-mail, we provide you with a quotation for the digitilasation into a wall tattoo. Please note: The conversion costs range depending on the subject between RM89.9 and RM159.9.
22. Can I separate parts of my position as Wall Stickers?
Yes, you can cut parts of your Wall Stickers before installation with scissors to separate and individually peaces and place in to your wall the way you want. You can flower freely distributed in the bathroom, individual words are free to place a door or individual lines of a quotation in any intervals up.
23. Can I use Wall Stickers several times?
Each wall sticker can unfortunately only once be sticked to a wall and not twice.
